OPĆI PROPISI UTRKE
Za manifestaciju vrijedi CESTOVNI tehnički pravilnik HBS-a i pravilnik ROAD UCI-a te opća pravila UCI-a. Vozači
startom utrke usvajaju ove propozicije i voze na vlastitu odgovornost.
SIGURNOST UTRKE
Staza će biti jasno označena sustavom strelica i ploča te zastavicama. Utrka će se održati na cesti otvorenoj za
promet. Sudionici moraju poštivati, u svim okolnostima važeće propise. Radi fair-playa i izbjegavanja mogućih
problema, vozači će biti odmah eliminirani ako su uhvaćeni u iskorištavanju motorizirane pomoći treće strane, izvan
organizacije.
OPREMA
Biciklisti se mogu odlučiti za bicikl po vlastitom izboru (cestovni bicikl, brdski bicikl, gradski bicikl,) s izuzetkom
električnog bicikla, tandem bicikla, ručnog bicikla ili ležećeg bicikla. Bicikli za kronometar zabranjeni su za cestovnu
utrku. Nošenje kacige je obavezno tijekom cijele utrke.
POLITIKA OTKAZA
Povrat uplaćenih sredstava u cijelosti može se zatražiti do 31.02.2024.
ŽALBE
Prema pravilniku, u pisanoj formi, uz polog u iznosu od 26.52 EUR.
Za žalbe na događaje tijekom utrke:
– u roku 15 minuta nakon cilja.
Za žalbe na rezultate:
– u roku 15 minuta nakon trenutka objavljivanja rezultata.

SVAKI NATJECATELJ SAMIM ČINOM PRIJAVE IZRIČITO IZJAVLJUJE DA
– je suglasan da se na utrci natječe o svom riziku i na osobnu odgovornost te da je upoznat s pravilima i propisima
utrke i rizicima koje ovakvo natjecanje sadrži, –
se odriče prava postavljati Organizatoru zahtjev za naknadu bilo kakve štete, osim one čiji bi nastanak mogao biti
pripisan namjeri ili krajnjoj nepažnji Organizatora,
– organizatora neće smatrati odgovornim za moguće neostvarenje svojih očekivanja ili uspjeha na utrci,
– organizator neće odgovarati za bilo kakvu izravnu ili neizravnu, slučajnu, nematerijalnu ili materijalnu štetu, gubitke
ili troškove natjecatelja,
– da je u odgovarajućoj psihofizičkoj kondiciji primjerenoj za ovakvu vrstu natjecanja,
– organizator može koristiti i obrađivati cjelokupni snimljeni filmski i fotografski materijal bez ikakve naknade te ga
javno prikazivati i koristiti u promotivne svrhe utrke, te samim činom prijave odriče prava pobijanja ove Izjave po bilo
kojoj osnovi.
Prihvaćanjem Općih propisa sudionik prihvaća i sva pravila Skradin Gran Fonda u organizaciji BK Krka-Skradin će za
vrijeme trajanja Skradin Gran Fonda snimati vizualno i zvučno, te fotografirati cijeli event. Dio toga materijala će se
koristiti u naše buduće promidžbene svrhe. Prihvaćanjem ovih Općih uvjeta sudionici su suglasni da se tako snimljeni
materijali koriste u svrhu promidžbe Skradin Gran Fonda pod ovdje navedenim uvjetima bez obveze plaćanja bilo
kakve naknade sudionicima. BK Krka-Skradin se ograđuje od bilo kakvih potraživanja i zahtjeva koji proizlaze iz
korištenja fotografija i video zapisa u svrhu promidžbenih aktivnosti. Organizator zadržava pravo promjene satnice i
trase uz prethodnu najavu na Facebook stranici i oglasnoj ploči utrke.

DODATNE OPASKE I INFORMACIJE
a) Razdvajanje staze Gran Fondo i Medio Fondo je u mjestu Rupe (49 km). Obavještajne oznake upozorenja bit će
postavljene dovoljno prije same točke razdvajanja.
b) U utrci SKRADIN GRAN FONDO će biti službeno vozilo (žuta lampa) koje će se voziti do 30 minuta iza vodećeg
bicikliste. Svi vozači koji zaostaju iza tog vozila nemaju osiguranu zaštitu na prometnicama te voze na vlastitu
odgovornost, stoga se mole da poštuju prometne propise.
c) Feed i Technical zone:
1. Ićevo (48.5 km) – staza Gran Fondo i Medio Fondo
2. Bogatić (92,5 km) – staza Gran Fondo i Medio Fondo
3. Rupe (105,5 km) – staza Gran Fondo

GENERAL RACE RULES AND REGULATIONS
Road rules of the UCI and the Croatian Cycling Federation as well as general rules of the UCI apply to this event. By
starting the race, the riders acknowledge that they are familiar with the above rules and that they participate in the
race at their own risk. The event organiser will not be held responsible for any third-party damage incurred by the
riders. The event will be held regardless of weather conditions. The event organiser reserves the right to change the
race conditions without prior notice.
RACE SAFETY
The track will be clearly marked with a system of arrows and boards and flags. The race will take place on a road

open to traffic. Participants must comply, in all circumstances, with the applicable regulations. For the sake of fair-
play and to avoid possible problems, drivers will be immediately eliminated if they are caught using a third-party

motorized assistance, outside the organization.
EQUIPMENT
Cyclists can choose the bike of their choice (road bike, mountain bike, city bike) with the exception of electric bike,
tandem bike, manual bike or recumbent bike. Time trial bikes are prohibited for road race. Wearing a helmet is
mandatory during the entire race.
CANCELATION POLICY
A full refund of the deposited funds can be requested until 31,February 2024.
COMPLAINTS
According to the rules, complaints can be filed in writing with an 26.52 EUR deposit. It is possible to file complaints
about the race developments within 15 minutes after the race has finished. It is possible to file complaints about the
rankings within 15 minutes from the moment they have been published.

BY REGISTERING FOR THE RACE, EACH PARTICIPANT EXPRESSLY STATES THAT
– They will participate in the race at their own risk and that they are familiar with the applicable race rules and
regulations;
– They waive their right to request any damages from the event organiser other than that attributed to the
intentional or negligent actions of the event organiser;
– They will not hold the event organiser responsible for any potential lack of success at the race;
– The organiser will not be held liable for any direct or indirect, accidental, immaterial or material damages, losses or
expenses of the participant;
– They are mentally and physically fit to participate in the race;
– The organiser may use and process all video and photo recordings free of charge, display them in public and use
them to promote the race;
– By registering for the race, they waive their right to challenge this statement on whatever grounds.
By adhering to these General Rules and Regulations, the participant agrees to comply with all rules of the Skradin
Gran Fondo race organised by BK Krka-Skradin. During the Skradin Gran Fondo race, Skradin Gran Fondo will make
video, audio and photo recordings of the event. Some of these recordings will be used for promotional purposes. By
adhering to these General Rules and Regulations, the participants agree that such recordings may be used to
promote Skradin Gran Fondo under the terms and conditions stated herein and that they are not entitled to
compensation. BK Krka-Skradin will disregard any claims resulting from the use of photographs and video recordings
for promotional purposes. The event organiser reserves the right to change the timetable and routes with prior notice
on the Facebook page and the bulletin board.

ADDITIONAL NOTES AND INFORMATION
a) The Medio Fondo and Gran Fondo race routes split in Rupe (49 km). Warning notices will be put up at an
appropriate distance from the splitting point of the race routes.
b) An official vehicle (amber light) will accompany the riders, driving up to 30 minutes behind the leading rider on
SKRADIN GRAN FONDO. All the riders lagging behind the official vehicle will ride at their own risk and are kindly
asked to adhere to the traffic regulations.
